ESS Introduces New Lock N' Load Soil Sampling Tool For Method 5035
ESS now offers its own tool designed for taking measured soil cores for the field preservation technique of USEPA Method 5035. The ESS Lock N' Load handle and soil syringe system is the easiest way to collect undisturbed, measured soil cores. The Lock N Load Handle has settings for 5 and 10 grams of sample. The beveled edge Lock N' Load syringe is stronger than a cut syringe and fits securely into the neck of a 40 mL glass vial. By turning the Lock N' Load handle, you can dispense the soil without removing the syringe. Lock N' Load Handles and Syringes can also be used in the lab. They are great for subsampling from brass sleeves or soil jars. The ESS Lock N' Load tool is strong, accurate, easy to use and economical.
